NO RETURNS AT THIS TIME!!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL WE DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS BECAUSE IT’S HARD TO RESELL SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN OPENED AND TRIED ON.
If you pay overnight shipping FYI you may not always receive the next day keep that in mind.
We are not responsible for stolen mail. Once we ship items and it’s ship to the address you the customer input and the post office loses your mail it’s your responsibility to contact the post office once your tracking number is provided. We don’t not cover post office issues.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
All items typically ship next day unless there’s an issue with your order.
please note: ALL preorders take up to 3 weeks to arrive so please plan accordingly.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If your item was shipped out and you was provided a tracking number you must get in contact with the post office after you visit usps.com to track your package with any questions. If your item was stolen or lost again that's a post office issue not Ciera’s Fashion. The sooner you contact them the better!
